Dogs boarding in the Peoria, Illinois area now have alternatives to traditional boarding. No sitting in a kennel for 24 hours a day, and worrying about when Mom and Dad will pick them up.

• All dogs that stay in our hotel participate in daycare. By participating in daycare, dogs are good and tired when it is time for bed
• Your dog will play all day in a group with other dogs, get lots of scratches, tummy rubs, and lovin’ from our experienced dog handlers and then sleep comfortably in one of our hotel suites, complete with raised beds, soothing music, and bedtime snacks
• Regular daycare attendance is a requirement for all of our Hotel guests. Visit our daycare page to begin the Daycare Enrollment process. All daycare policies and requirements must be met for our Hotel guests

What to Bring for Overnight Stays

• Kibble should be placed in a Ziploc bag with your dog’s name on it, along with feeding instructions and your measuring scoop. Please do not bring food in Tupperware containers or the original bag: space is an issue. We have found that Ziploc bags work best
• Wet food is fine. If we’ll only be using partial cans, please bring lid
• We are happy to accommodate other special diets. Please include directions that are clear
• Bedding, toys, treats, and any other items that you feel will make your dog more comfortable during their stay
• You DO NOT need to bring crates or bowls

If your dog requires medication during his/her stay, please follow these guidelines.
• All medications should be in their original bottles, with name of drug, prescriber, dose, and directions.
• If you have altered the original directions on the pill bottle, please write this clearly on the pill bottle.
• Place all medications into one Ziploc bag, so that all of them are in one place. Write your dog’s name on the baggie with a marker.
• Please write out on a piece of paper, your directions for each medication. Include the name of the drug, the dose, and how often it should be given. Also, please note what you want us to do if your dog refuses the medication (call you, skip the dose, etc..) And finally, note how you give the medication. Do you put it in peanut butter, roll it in lunch meat, use a pill pocket, etc. Please provide whatever vehicle you use (meat, PB, pill pocket, etc). Place this instruction sheet in the Ziploc bag with the medications.
• Please note that we will not give your dog’s medication in a food bowl with meals. There is too much risk that the medication will not be eaten or spit out on the floor.
• We do require advanced notice for all injectable medications. Please discuss with our Manager prior to your dog’s stay.
